Located in Thiruvananthapuram, the institute offers modules on ethical AI, automation in governance, predictive analytics, and chatbot-based citizen services. Over 300 officers have enrolled in the pilot batch. The initiative aims to modernize bureaucracy and reduce decision-making delays.
